" I would like to start with mentioning how amazing the staff have been over the past 2 years when my child was attending Pound Park Nursery.

Dawn and Solin were so welcoming and assuring how the nursery would be the perfect environment for the development of my child & I am so happy this was the case. A special mention to Sue, who always went above and beyond to settle my child into a whole new environment.

Every single staff member (so many to name) was absolutely outstanding from BOH to FOH.

Pound Park has been such a wonderful experience for my child, I can not thank every single member of staff who work there.

Walking into pound park every day is like walking into a festival. It's a kids utopia. my child misses school when she's home sick or on school holidays. She adores her key worker, often picking her flowers on the way into school or making her presents at home.

I’m not sure I’m very happy with the nursery and am very sad my child is moving up to big school we will miss pound park very much.

My daughter has come a long way since starting here her speaking has improved

The amount of work and encouragement they have put into my child has been amazing, especially with his mobility. Before coming to Pound Park my child couldn’t walk without his walking frame, now he hasn’t used it in months and I honestly think if it wasn’t for the staff trying so hard and him spending time with all the other children he may not of left the frame so just yet.

They taught to her a lot of new things and they helped her to feel much confident. Whit they taught she went through a big progress with her English speaking.

My child has had moments that he kept crying for everything the teachers made a story book for him regarding how he can express his emotions

Yoga. My child has enjoyed yoga.

When my son got to Pound Park,he wasn't speaking well, but now he can talk very well and express himself.
Am proud of them for that.

my child has always loved for music and dance, she adores Tina's street dance sessions. It's the highlight of her week. She's taking more interest in playing instruments at home, she talks about the flute, using a recorder sideways and strums on her ukulele and commands us all to dance.
As a somewhat cautious girl, she has become much more adventurous, braver in her approach to climbing and jumping. More willing to take risks and give things a go.
She absolutely loves to show us her latest yoga moves on a regular basis. Explaining to us that it is important to stretch.
Plus my child has developed an interest in gardening at home and nature. She will not stop talking about frogspawn, tadpoles and frogs.

My child has the opportunity to play outside all day which he loves.
PP has raised concerns about my child’s speech, which I had not realised there were delays. The school has helped guide me on what I should do to address those concerns.

Pound park has assisted with broadening and encouraging my child's eating habits. Since joining my child is willing to try new foods and is no longer fussy. I like that the staff keep me updated and tell me how they work with my child during meal times. My child also has several allergies and they have been very accommodating and careful with this, my anxiety around my childs meal times has reduced dramatically.

They've helped with her communication and language, and her learning through play.

It's amazing nursery my child loves to come everyday. She has build good relationship with staff and attached to them as they are so lovely.
She has good friendship and taking care of some young kids very well by helping them to play and showing them how to jump, make sand castle.
It's lovely to see her progress.

They welcomed him with the biggest heart and love . They absolutely amazing at working with kids with special needs . Every single teacher is absolutely amazing and they work so hard . I don’t think there is any other nursery in the area like pound park .

Helped him making friends as he is very shy and and a bit behind social communication for his age .
Let him play a lot outside and get dirty which he loves as we don’t have a garden.
Helped to make him like more veggies and fruits as before he didn’t eat any.
The music class with guitar and singing has made him start learning English by singing and he loves all the songs he learned .

My son has flourished in expanding his interest in different activities and types of play. I don't think it would have happened without the constant support pound park offer.

My child always goes to nursery with a smile and comes home happily. They thoroughly enjoy playing and learning at nursery. Over time, I have noticed significant development in their skills, and I am extremely pleased with their progress. Thank you to all the teachers for their dedication and hard work, which is clearly reflected in my child's growth and development. My child’s key worker really supported her through the settling in stage. She and other members of staff supported us with potty training let us bring her own potty in so she was comfortable and offered an award jar to match what we was doing at home.

She has been encouraged and supported in every area and has grown in confidence and capability in every way thanks to the fantastic staff at the nursery and the nurturing, inclusive environment that they provide.

Everything! His Makaton has come along leaps and bounds.

The staff in Ladybird morning session are helping my child feel safe and comfortable when I leave.

Pound Park is an exceptional nursery- all the staff have been so loving and caring for our child and she has come back home every single day with such good energy, having learnt new songs, stories, having had so many adventures and wonderful times with her friends and staff who she loves so much! We are so grateful for this wonderful year and our daughter will be so much more confident, creative, excited and curious to learn about the world entering school next year! Thank you

Speech therapy support was invaluable for my son’s progress since he joined. Teachers are amazing! They’ve also been so proactive when feeding back.

Helped with speech and Language her confidence has come on leaps and bounds she absolutely loves Pound Park Nursery and speaks about it every day always excited to attend.

Encourage my child to explore different and interesting ways of learning, playing, socialising and engaging. I am proud that my child went to Pound Park.

Pound park has treated our son as the individual he is, allowing him to learn through play but also allowing him to express his emotions and gain confidence in time. The key thing for me is that I feel, seen, heard and valued which translates how my child feels as well.
Whether it’s the admin team being patient answering questions to the classroom teacher honouring our woes to the premises manager being present with the safeguarding of the premises - I never come away feeling invisible. For that I’m grateful

Absolutely everything. Confidence has grown with both of our children - due to the personalised approach and kindness and patience the entire team shows. Everyone is always happy and positive and it really is a spectacular school.

My child at the beginning doesn't want to share things. Now he learnt sharing. He used small words, now he can say sentences in English. We use our native language at home. He can say sentences in native language as well.

Supported her communication by using Makaton and pictures consistently

The staff have really taken the time to get to know our son - allowing him to be quiet as he can often be - but giving him the time and space he needed to show his sense of humour and spark too. We see this at home but he can be very reticent to speak to new people - it’s so lovely that his confidence increased so much at Pound Park! You really ‘get’ him and this has been clear in ad hoc conversations with staff throughout the year and in his end of year report. Thank you!
