School Development Plan
The School Development Plan is a strategic plan for improvement and provides the framework for the key outcomes and targets negotiated and agreed by governors, senior leadership members and staff at Pound Park Nursery School.
The plan is used to build a comprehensive review of current best practice and progress made towards existing targets, taking into account national initiatives, the last Ofsted inspection and external audits.
It provides a detailed one year programme, in a clear and simple way, for the vision and development of the school.
